FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Code ownership, backend, working hours, cancelling: answers to common questions about Droid FACTORY.
What does “one active request at a time” mean?
You add as many requests as you like and rank them. The first one is taken all the way: delivered and approved by you. Then comes the next. You can change the order at any time.
Do you build the backend too?
Yes. In Launch, the backend is included when one is needed. If you have your own APIs, we use them.
What do I pay for separately?
All accounts and subscriptions (Apple, Google, Firebase, GitHub…) are in your name and at your cost. You add us to these accounts with the developer role to set up the tools, or you enter the credentials yourself.
When do you work?
On business days, with a reply within 1 business day. No nights, weekends or public holidays.
How do I cancel?
In a few clicks from your client area, as easily as you signed up. It takes effect at the end of the monthly period already paid: any month started is due. Your account is then paused and your requests are suspended.
Who owns the code?
You do, from day one. The code is pushed to your GitHub, GitLab or other host: if we stop overnight, it still belongs to you.
